Terms and Conditions for Online Sale of Products

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products from Chiropractic First through our website www.chiropracticfirst.co.uk and our shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Definitions

  • “Product(s)” refers to the items available for purchase on the Website.
  • “Order” refers to the request made by you to purchase Products from us.
  • “Consumer” refers to any individual who is purchasing Products for personal use and not for resale.
  • “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing Products from us.
  • “Contract” refers to the agreement between us and the Customer when an Order is placed and accepted.

3. Ordering Process

  • When placing an Order, you will be asked to provide certain personal details, including your name, address, email, and payment information.
  • All Orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to reject any Order at our discretion.
  • A Contract between us and you will only be formed when we confirm acceptance of your Order by sending you an email or providing you with an order confirmation on the Website.

4. Product Availability

  • All Products are subject to availability. If a Product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for Products are stated on the Website in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which will be added at checkout @ £5 flat rate.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards.
  • We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without notice. However, you will only be charged the price that was displayed at the time of placing your Order.

6. Delivery

  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the address specified in your Order within the delivery timeframe indicated during checkout. We aim for 3 days from ordering to delivery. 
  • Delivery charges will be clearly stated before you confirm your Order.
  • Risk in the Products will pass to you once the Products are delivered to the specified delivery address.

7. Cancellation and Returns

  • You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving your Products without providing any reason.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days. Please email us at info@chiropracticfirst.co.uk
  • If you cancel the Contract, we will refund the price of the Products and any standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the Product is faulty or damaged.

8. Faulty Products

  • If any Product you receive is faulty, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the Product. We will offer a replacement or refund for the faulty Product, in line with your statutory rights.

9. Product Warranty

  • We provide a warranty for all Products in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any Product you purchase through the Website is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of use.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
